This is a residential boiler and water heater replacement job that I did in July 2018. I removed a lower efficiency boiler and water heater and installed a new HTP 96% efficient boiler and stainless steel water heater. This system also uses a Tekmar motorized mixing valve and control so the system boiler can correctly power a baseboard and in-floor application.
This HTP 45 gallon stainless steel indirect water heater is providing as much hot water as the 80 gallon inefficient model that it replaced. This was done in July 2018.

This is a Triangle Tube high efficiency boiler and water heater installation. I replaced an unsafe unit that was releasing carbon monoxide into a home in the Alma area. I managed to fit everything in a closet designed for a stackable washer and dryer while keeping it code compliant and accessible for servicing.
This is a residential water heater replacement. I added a three way mixing valve and thermal expansion tank to boost hot water production in this weekend ski condominium. The water heater was placed in a drain pan with a drain pipe routed to a floor drain in the garage to protect the property from water damage in the future.
